What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Advise customers on routine maintenance and service needs
• Prepare repair orders with accurate time, cost, and labor estimates
• Review inspection results and recommend next steps
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during service

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused
• Previous experience in sales, retail, account management, or other customer-facing roles encouraged
