Kearney, NE | $48,000 – $100,000 per year | Full-Time

Midway Auto Dealerships has been serving Nebraska drivers since 1919 — family-owned, locally trusted, and committed to creating remarkable experiences for our customers. We’re growing our Service Team and looking for energetic, tech-savvy individuals who enjoy working with people both in person and over the phone.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | In-Person | No weekends

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome guests and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Advise customers on routine maintenance and service needs
  • Prepare repair orders with accurate time, cost, and labor estimates
  • Review inspection results and recommend next steps
  • Serve as the customer’s main point of contact while their vehicle is in service

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required)
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, account management, or other customer-facing roles encouraged to apply
