Midway Auto has been family-owned and trusted in Nebraska since 1919. We’re looking for driven, people-focused Product Specialists / Sales Associates to join our team. Whether you’re experienced in sales or just starting out, we provide paid training, a guaranteed starting income, and the tools to build a lasting career in automotive sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Learn our full product line (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC)
  • Consult with customers to understand needs and present vehicle options
  • Demonstrate features with test drives and product walk-arounds
  • Support online customers through our e-Sales process
  • Follow up with prospects to build relationships and close sales

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales, customer service, or related background (retail, B2B, real estate, etc.)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with technology (email, CRM, MS Office)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Automotive sales experience a plus, but not required — we provide training
